This two bedroom, two bath condo is 1100 square feet, on the 6th floor

In January, February, and March the rent is $2500 per month plus tax (The condo is usually rented for 3 months at this time of year) From April through December the rent is $1800 per month plus tax

There is a 30-day minimum rental, a maximum of 6 people (including children) and NON-SMOKERS ONLY
