Welcome To Helmet Law 101
Helmet Law 101 has been prepared for four primary reasons:
1. To provide a comprehensive resource where you can find information about Florida's motorcycle helmet law, along with information about legislation to repeal the helmet law.
2. To condense information, statistics, and data concerning motorcyclists and Florida's helmet law that is found throughout the Internet into a single source.
3. To provide information to assist all Florida motorcyclists, bikers and residents to lobby their legislators for the repeal of Florida's helmet law
4. To hopefully enhance this website with responsible contributions from individuals who would like to contribute to helmet law repeal or who have pertinent information. Any and all responsible and pertinent opinions I receive will be posted on the Informational Update Page.
