Dear Mr. Mansis,

          Thank you for your letter.  I am sorry it took so long to
          get back to you.

          I have been swamped.

          I will be doing the bill again this year.  I hope we do it
          this time.  If it doesn't pass this time, then I know we
          will have it in 2000, because I will be a senior member
          and the Speaker then will be Rep. Feeney who has supported
          it all along.

          I hope it is this year.

Dear Representative Argenziano

I appreciate your efforts during the last legislative session in
sponsoring HB457.  I hope you will take the same initiative this year
and introduce a similar piece of legislation to remove the requirement
to wear headgear.  You should know that you have the support of many
behind you in this effort.
