Case # 2

On State Highway 520 between the Bee Line(528) and I-95 on 7/2/00, I was stopped for no other reason and issued a warning ticket.  The FHP officer said I was his 12th stop so far that morning at 12:25pm, all for not wearing a shell.  I was not speeding but was being tailgated by several 4-wheelers on their way to the beach who were doing at least 75+ in a 55mph zone after they passed me.  But I got pulled over just because of no helmet.  I wore my shell he rest of the day and watched as dozens of other bikers ride around topless.  So was this just my bad luck?, or just a cop harrassing bikes?  I cant make out his name on the ticket.
