Antonino CENTANNI was born, the son of Salvatore CENTANNI and Louise SOLITO CENTANNI. He married Rosalie SOLITO and had ten children.

Antonino and Rosalia CENTANNI had ten children:

  1. Louise CENTANNI - who became a nun.

  2. Salvatore "Sam" CENTANNI - who owned Gold Seal Dairy and married Myra COLLINS. They lived on Canal Street and had the most famous Christmas decorations in New Orleans 1946-1966. Sam and Myra had nine children.

  3. James "Pal" CENTANNI

  4. Lee Russell CENTANNI - who married Edna RICHARD had three children.

  5. Rosario Paul CENTANNI - who married "Aunt Rose" GATTUSA. They had nine children.

  6. Joseph "Papa Joe" CENTANNI - who married Mary DeBOURNATO and had five children.

  7. Jerome CENTANNI - who married twice, secondly to Mary RICOTTA his third cousin. Jerome and Mary had three CENTANNI children.

  8. Maria CENTANNI- married Vincenzo DICARLO

  9. Peter CENTANNI - who married Mary and had two children.

  10. Anna CENTANNI - who married Salvatore "Sam" DICARLO and had five children. - She has pictures of the older members of the family.
