• I am a Web GUI developer on the Client Experience team at Nielsen Media Research, the television ratings firm. Originally hired as Senior Documentation Specialist, I was promoted to duties including HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, JavaScript programming, and user-centered design of browser-based reporting applications.
• Previously, I was the Windows Hypertext Writer for AT&T Wireless, Inc., reporting directly to the Southeast Regional Technology Advisor.
• RiskAlert, software development division of Aon Corporation, the Fortune 500 insurance and risk management company, hired me to construct online documentation for software to be used in hospitals. A felicitous range of duties and a direct report to the Sr. V.P. for Production gave me an accelerated education in software usability principles.
• My work experience includes private consulting for software application online Help and Web site development projects, including remote collaboration projects.
